Heavy Construction Equipment Rental Services for Machine Gun Range

The U.S. Army Garrison is seeking a contractor to provide heavy construction equipment rental services for the Machine Gun Range at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, tools, supplies, and equipment to support the construction of the Multi-Purpose Machine Gun (MPMG) range. The project will involve converting a current range, Fire and Movement Range (FMR) 2, to a six-lane MPMG located in the East Range section of Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The Period of Performance (POP) shall consist of a leasing/rental period of May 18, 2026 – July 17, 2026. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all necessary personnel, tools, supplies, and equipment to perform all construction described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) • Ensuring all work accomplished meets all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, directives, instructions, manuals, and other requirements • Supporting the construction of the Multi-Purpose Machine Gun (MPMG) range • Converting a current range, Fire and Movement Range (FMR) 2, to a six-lane MPMG • Working in accordance with the regulatory direction of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures with precedence of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items
