This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to supply and install a complete Garmin sonar package on the State’s 2026 Oquawka 1972V‑8 19‑ft boat. The vendor must be located within 50 mi of 1631 L Gray Blvd., Athens, AL 35611, receive the boat from DCNR, complete installation, and return the boat after inspection, all by the end of March 2026. • Provide one Garmin 8612xsv unit (part # 010‑02092‑51) with full display, dual‑channel CHIRP, ClearVu, SideVu, Ultra‑HD, LiveScope LVS12, mounted above the wheel. • Supply one U.S. South Map Card (part # 010‑C1290‑00) with Navionics Vision+ charts, microSD/SD and a one‑year subscription. • Install a GT54UHD‑TM transducer (part # 010‑12909‑00) on the rear plate near the right stairs. • Install an LVS34 transducer module (part # 010‑02706‑00) unobtrusively under the console foot‑pedal area. • Provide all labor, supplies, materials, warranties, and logistics for delivery and pickup of the boat.
