Presolicitation Notice - NAVSTA Housing Dept Car Washing Svcs

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide car washing and detailing services for the Naval Station Rota (NAVSTA) Housing Department. The services will include regular exterior and interior cleaning of 15 vehicles, as well as deep cleaning every six months. The contractor will be required to provide suitable staffing, tools, and equipment to support the washing and cleaning services, and must use hazmat-free cleaning products. The contractor will also be responsible for delivering proof of insurance prior to the start of the contract. • The contract will be for a 1-year base period with four additional 1-year option periods. • The contractor must be local to Rota, Spain. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and staffing to perform the services. • The contractor must use hazmat-free cleaning products. • The contractor must deliver proof of insurance prior to the start of the contract.
