Description
The City of Cortez is seeking competitive sealed best value bids for the purchase of one new Ford F-350 or Dodge Ram 3500. The equipment shall meet or exceed factory specifications and be delivered ready for use. Bidders must provide complete specifications, warranty details, and a delivery schedule. The bid price will be given 60% of the value of the weighted criteria, and qualifications will be given 40%.

• The bidder must provide a description of the equipment's performance capabilities, including adherence to specifications, maintenance requirements, warranty terms, and any available product substitutes if necessary.
• The bidder must describe the availability of parts and service support, including response times and service locations.
• The bidder must provide a proposed delivery schedule and identify all factors that could impact delivery performance.
• The bidder must provide a complete pricing schedule, including delivery costs, optional accessories, maintenance agreements, and any other associated costs.
