RFP General Landscape Architectural Services 2025

The City of Syracuse Department of Parks, Recreation, and Youth Programs is seeking a landscape architecture consultant to provide professional services for various city projects. The scope of work includes schematic design, design development, construction documentation, project cost estimation, project bidding, construction contract administration, post-construction evaluation, and special investigations. The consultant will be selected based on their qualifications, experience, and ability to perform the required services. The city aims to select a maximum of six consultants to provide services as needed. • The consultant will provide services on a time and expense basis, with no minimum amount of work established. • The consultant will be required to submit a billing rate schedule and provide a list of professional references. • The city has established equity goals, including workforce diversity, local hiring, and minority-, women-, and service-disabled veteran-owned business subcontracting. • The consultant will be required to comply with the city's standard professional services agreement and obtain necessary insurance coverage.
