R499--Confined Space Inventory Service

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive confined space identification, evaluation, documentation, signage, training, and standard operating procedure (SOP) services. The contractor will be responsible for identifying and evaluating confined spaces, developing documentation and signage, providing training, and creating SOPs. The goal of this project is to ensure the safety of employees and visitors at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center. • The contractor will be required to identify and evaluate confined spaces at the medical center. • The contractor will develop documentation and signage for confined spaces. • The contractor will provide training to employees on confined space procedures. • The contractor will create SOPs for confined space entry and rescue. • The contractor will be required to submit a report detailing their findings and recommendations.
