Custodial Services For Hall County Parks

Hall County Government is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services for various parks in Hall County, Georgia. The contract will be for an initial term of one year with four optional renewal periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing indoor and outdoor custodial services, including restroom cleaning, trash collection, litter removal, and supply replenishment. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be licensed and insured in the State of Georgia. • The contract will require the contractor to provide services at multiple park locations, including Belton Bridge, Balus Creek, Lula Park, Little Hall Park, Little River Park, Mountain View Park, Old Federal Day Use Park, Robinson Park, Simpson Park, Van Pugh North, Van Pugh South, and Burton Mill. • The contractor must provide a detailed pricing structure, including category-based pricing for each location and service category. • The contractor must also provide a proposed staffing and supervision plan, equipment and materials to be used, and experience with similar park or public facility maintenance. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical qualifications, experience, and cost proposal. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who offers the best value to the County, considering factors such as price, quality of service, and experience.
