Replacements of decomposed granite ground surfaces with pervious pavers at the Sculpture Garden

The Weber State University is soliciting bids to replace the existing decomposed granite ground surfaces at the WSU Kimball Arts Sculpture Garden with a new pervious paver system. The successful bidder will be required to remove and dispose of the decomposed granite, clean up the area, and lay the new pavers in a herringbone pattern. The project area is approximately 1,800 SF, and the current detail includes 4" of decomposed granite over at least 6" of base material. The new pavers will be laid over a new 8" compacted base. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on February 25, 2026, at 11:00 am. • The successful bidder must provide samples of pervious pavers for WSU approval. • The contract will be for a one-time purchase, and the university reserves the right to purchase additional products based on this bid for up to 120 days after the initial purchase.
