Budget estimate

$50,000 – $150,000

Based on typical demolition costs for a single‑family/commercial structure in Kansas (including labor, equipment, disposal, permits, and bonds), a reasonable contract value likely falls between $50,000 and $150,000. Smaller, less‑complex structures push the low end, while extensive utility work, hazardous material handling, or higher debris volumes push toward the high end.
