Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase commercial refrigerator-freezers for the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. The requirements include three different sizes of refrigerators: large, medium, and small, with specific specifications for each. The contractor must provide manuals, standard manufacturer warranty, and freight/delivery. The contract also requires the contractor to provide information on the system's capabilities and operation if they are providing an equal product.
* The large refrigerator-freezer must have a total capacity of at least 21 cubic feet, with a refrigerator capacity of 15 cubic feet and a freezer capacity of 6 cubic feet.
* The medium refrigerator-freezer must have a total capacity of no more than 18.3 cubic feet, with a refrigerator capacity of 13.4 cubic feet and a freezer capacity of 4.9 cubic feet.
* The small refrigerator-freezer must have a total capacity of no more than 4.5 cubic feet, with a refrigerator capacity of 3.9 cubic feet and a freezer capacity of 0.6 cubic feet.
* All refrigerators must be ADA compliant, Energy Star compliant, and have LED lighting.
* The contractor must deliver the refrigerators to the St. Cloud VA Medical Center.
