Description
Delaware State University is seeking a single prime vendor to deliver an integrated, cloud‑based solution that covers (1) the design, deployment, and analytics of surveys and course evaluations, (2) curriculum‑strategy and catalog management tools, and (3) full implementation, training, and ongoing support services. The solution must integrate with the university’s LMS (Canvas) and student information system (Ellucian Banner), support single‑sign‑on via Cisco Duo (SAML/OAuth), meet FERPA and NIST security standards, and provide real‑time reporting and predictive analytics. The contract term is three years with optional one‑year extensions (or a five‑year option) and the full rollout is expected by December 2026.
