Description
The Pennsylvania Game Commission is seeking a qualified consultant to design the renovation of its Headquarters auditorium. The scope includes developing architectural and engineering design documents, securing permits, specifying cutting‑edge audio‑visual equipment, redesigning the stage layout, updating interior finishes, furniture, ADA seating, acoustic treatments, and providing construction‑phase services through to project close‑out. The consultant must coordinate with PGC staff, maintain occupancy during construction, and adhere to Commonwealth funding limits, UCC, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards.
• Provide schematic, design development, and construction documents for AV, lighting, acoustics, finishes, and stage.
• Prepare permit applications and obtain all required approvals.
• Develop bid specifications and assist with the EMARKETPLACE bid process.
• Offer construction‑administration services, including submittal review, RFIs, and as‑built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, acoustic, and sustainability requirements.
• Project timeline: design phase beginning upon award, construction limited to a 6‑month window (07/01/27 – 12/31/27).
