The Great Rivers Greenway District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service operations and maintenance for its regional greenway network for the 2027 calendar year, with two one‑year extension options. The work covers trash and debris removal, landscape and turf upkeep, surface cleaning, vegetation management, and a range of as‑needed services (e.g., snow removal, graffiti remediation, minor repairs). The contract is structured on an hourly‑rate basis with detailed visit frequencies for each site, totaling approximately 1,698 district visits across all service categories.
