Description
The County of San Bernardino is seeking a consultant to provide energy strategy, policy, and development consulting services. The consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategic energy roadmap that identifies suitable energy technologies, candidate regions or sites, policy considerations, funding alignment, and implementation sequencing. The roadmap should provide a high-level strategic framework and include site-specific considerations, high-level feasibility assessments, preliminary phasing strategies, and identification of regulatory, infrastructure, and funding pathways. The consultant will also be required to engage with stakeholders, including internal departments, external stakeholders, and County, state, and federal partners. The contract term is for two years, with the possibility of two optional one-year extensions.
