Description
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide refuse and trash collection, removal, and disposal services for Lake Casa Blanca State Park in Laredo, TX. The contract runs for a two‑year period (Oct 1 2026 – Sep 30 2028) with an option to renew up to two additional one‑year extensions. Services include bi‑weekly pickups (Monday‑Friday) of multiple container sizes (2‑, 4‑, and 6‑cubic‑yard containers), provision and maintenance of containers, disposal at an approved landfill, and the ability to adjust container quantities or add extra pickups as needed. Vendors must have at least three years of experience, hold CTCD/CTCM certification, and meet extensive insurance, safety, and regulatory requirements. Bids are due by 2:00 PM CT on September 18 2026.
