Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this contract could be substantial, given the 3-year duration and the need for a constant supply of fuel. Assuming an average annual consumption of 100,000 gallons of diesel and 50,000 gallons of gasoline, with prices around $3 per gallon for diesel and $2.50 per gallon for gasoline, the total annual cost would be around $400,000. Over 3 years, this would amount to approximately $1.2 million. However, this is just a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on various factors such as the actual consumption of fuel, price fluctuations, and the vendor's pricing strategy.
