Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, services, and items necessary for the removal of current flooring, testing of moisture in the substrate or sub-floor, determination of stability and life span of underlayment and raised floor structure, and installation of new flooring at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Quillayute River. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote that includes all costs for the project. The project must be completed within 98 days from the date of the Notice to Award.
• The contractor must remove the existing flooring and prepare the surface for the installation of new flooring.
• The contractor must install new flooring in accordance with manufacturers and current industry standard requirements.
• The contractor must provide a detailed price breakdown for the total firm-fixed-price bid.
• The contractor must provide a technical proposal that demonstrates their understanding of and ability to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW).
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
