Public Finance Counsel

The City University of New York ("CUNY" or "University") is seeking qualified legal firms to provide representation of CUNY as public finance counsel in the analysis of the disposition of various University real estate properties located in the City of New York which may be the subject of tax-exempt bonds financing (collectively, “Project”) as described herein (the “Services”). Interested respondents are highly encouraged to review in detail the attached solicitation documents and if the minimum qualifications are met, to submit a proposal in full accordance with the submission requirements as detailed within.
