Description
The City of Hot Springs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to dismantle and remove existing telecommunications or utility infrastructure located on the City County Tower situated on West Mountain. The work includes safe de‑energizing, disassembly, haul‑away, and disposal of all components in compliance with local regulations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the bond and licensing requirements.
• Removal of tower‑mounted infrastructure (e.g., antennas, cables, support hardware).
• Complete site cleanup and disposal of all removed materials.
• Must furnish a 5% bid security and performance/payment bond for contracts > $35,000; licensing required for contracts > $50,000.
