Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Software Evolution Services (SES) of Philips Monitoring System medical equipment. The contract will be for a base year plus four option years, effective April 5th, 2026, to April 04, 2031. The sole source award is based on Philips proprietary elements not released to third-party entities.
