Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source to Getinge USA Sales, LLC

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (NAVSUP FLCSD) intends to award a sole source contract to Getinge USA Sales, LLC for the procurement of model 433HC-E bulk sterilizers. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Although this is a sole source procurement, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the government. The contractor must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) and be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). • The contract is for the procurement of model 433HC-E bulk sterilizers. • The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. • The contractor must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) and be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). • Responses to the notice of intent should include the company's current capability to meet the requirement, company name, point of contact, email address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, CAGE Code, and SAM Unique Entity ID.
