Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Protective Clothing and Operational Supplies Rental Services. The scope of work includes providing protective clothing and operational supplies to the CHP Napa Area office. The contract term is expected to be from March 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. The bidder must have at least three consecutive years of experience in providing similar services and must possess a valid Local City or County Business License.
• The bidder must be in good standing and qualified to conduct business in California.
• The bidder must have a past record of sound business integrity and history of being responsive to past contractual obligations.
• The bidder must supply proof of liability insurance that meets the requirements specified in the IFB.
• The bidder must agree to the terms and conditions specified in the IFB, including the payment terms and the dispute resolution process.
