Description
The Midlands Technical College is seeking bids for a Semi-Hermetic Training Simulator. The simulator should include instructor guides, student work guides, and a warranty. The simulator should be able to address mechanical and electrical problems in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. The college is looking for a vendor who can provide a high-quality simulator that meets their needs.
• The simulator should be able to perform various exercises such as system pump down, system evacuation, system recovery, system charging, valve plate change, refrigerant leak detection, capacitor/relay replacement, TXV superheat adjustment, clogged/restricted drier replacement, superheat and subcooling calculations, compressor failure change out, and adjust low pressure control CI/CO.
• The vendor should provide a detailed description of the simulator, including its features and specifications.
• The vendor should also provide information about their experience in providing similar simulators to other educational institutions.
• The college is looking for a vendor who can provide excellent customer service and support.
• The vendor should be able to deliver the simulator within 30 days of the contract award date.
