Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition, abatement, UST, and removal services for various projects. The selected contractor will be responsible for demolishing improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way and/or easement areas. The contractor must be pre-qualified in the Right of Way Property Management service class and must provide a bid that includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the completion of the project. The contract will be for a period of 30 days, and the contractor must begin work as soon as possible after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
