Description
The Minnesota Air National Guard is seeking a quotation for the provision of Reusable Skidboards and Energy Absorbing Layer for Container Delivery System (CDS) bundles for training. The requirement includes the supply of 6 reusable CDS skid boards and 6 reusable CDS honeycomb sets, which must be reusable for greater than 25 high velocity drops and withstand all weather conditions in Minnesota. The skid boards and honeycomb sets must meet specific dimensions and configurations. The quotation will be evaluated based on best value using price, technical acceptability, equipment capabilities, delivery time, and past performance.
