The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) seeks a qualified contractor to lease, deliver, install, and maintain secure modular operational spaces at approximately 50 Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) sites across the United States. The contractor must provide three types of modular units per site—a 900‑sq‑ft Field Detention Unit, a 300‑sq‑ft Interview Processing Unit, and a 60‑sq‑ft Virtual Immigration Court Unit—each equipped with climate control, ADA‑compliant access, utility connections, and ongoing maintenance and cleaning services. Coordination with ICE’s Office of Asset and Facilities Management and the General Services Administration is required for site approvals, utility tie‑ins, and compliance with local building codes. The contract will include detailed mobilization/demobilization planning, monthly inspections, generator maintenance, and the provision of an employee manual covering security and safety procedures.

• Develop and submit mobilization, demobilization, and project schedule plans within tight post‑award timelines.
• Coordinate closely with ICE Asset & Facilities Management and GSA for approvals, inspections, and security compliance.
