Mailing Equipment Negotiated Contract Bid

The State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management is seeking proposals for a negotiated contract for mailing equipment. The contract will be for a term of 12 months, with the option for renewal. The successful bidder will be required to provide a full range of mailing equipment, including standalone units and rental packages, to state agencies and governing authorities. The equipment must meet or exceed the minimum acceptable standards of quality, construction, performance, and serviceability. • The mailing equipment must be new, current-production models and shall not include refurbished, remanufactured, or previously leased units. • The equipment must be capable of supporting the diverse operational needs of State agencies, universities, and local governmental entities. • The contractor must provide maintenance, supplies (excluding paper), and service agreements as applicable. • The contractor must have a dealers list with all authorized distributors being listed. • The contractor must provide a price list with pricing in an Excel format. • The contractor must provide an internal catalog pricing spreadsheet and product information. The State of Mississippi reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal process.
