Civil and Environmental Engineering Services Former Dana Manufacturing Site - PA Sites Program

The City of Reading is seeking a contractor to provide civil and environmental engineering services for the Former Dana Manufacturing Site - PA Sites Program. The primary objective is to move the site to a "shovel-ready" status in accordance with PA SITES Program requirements and all local, county, state, and federal requirements. The scope of work includes tasks such as civil engineering and site planning, environmental and physical assessments, market feasibility and costing, and grant administration and compliance. The contractor will be required to submit plans and technical specifications at various completion milestones and provide public presentations to City Council. • The project is funded in part by the Pennsylvania Strategic Investments to Develop Sites (PA SITES) Program. • The contractor will be required to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with PA SITES guidelines. • The contractor will be required to maintain meticulous records and provide itemized invoicing to support the grant reimbursement process. • The contractor will be required to provide a schedule for completion of the project. • The contractor will be required to identify any potential conflicts of interest and disclose them to the City.
