The U.S. Navy’s Mid‑Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center is seeking a 100 % small‑business vendor to provide new, fully‑specified furniture for the USS NEW YORK (LPD‑21). The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) that uses simplified acquisition procedures; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors must be registered in SAM, possess a valid Joint Certification Program (DD 2345) certification, and submit fully‑burdened price quotes by the deadline. Delivery of all items is required by 23 October 2026 to the DLA Distribution Norfolk facility, FOB Destination. No refurbished items are acceptable.
• Supply and deliver 7 furniture items (4 pedestal chairs, 1 non‑pedestal chair, 2 filing cabinets, 1 desk) meeting exact NSN/drawing specifications.
• Must be a U.S. small‑business (NAICS 337214) and provide an active SAM registration and JCP certification.
• Technical data drawings are available upon request after submission of the SOW and an approved DD 2345 form.
• Quote must remain valid for at least 60 calendar days and include line‑item pricing and shipping costs.
