Independence Hills Disc Golf (Design-Build)

The City of Laredo is seeking a design-build firm to construct an 18-hole disc golf course at Independence Hills Park. The selected firm will provide professional services including design, preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, acquisition of necessary permits, and construction of the course. The project will include amenities such as a practice area, tees, baskets, signage, and wayfinding. The firm must have experience with disc golf course design and construction, and must be able to coordinate with the local disc golf community. • The project will be located within Independence Hills Park, 1102 N. Merida Drive. • The selected firm will provide all necessary services to deliver a complete and fully operational disc golf facility. • The firm must be knowledgeable in the sport of disc golf, including course layout, playability, and required signage. • The project will be federally funded and is subject to Federal regulations. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
