Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance services for a 5‑ton Shawbox bridge crane (Model #2L05017D2022103) located at the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Laboratory. The contract spans five years, beginning September 30 2026 and ending June 30 2031, and includes routine maintenance, emergency service calls (both normal and after‑hours), and failure‑related service calls. Bidders must submit a signed IFB form, affidavits, insurance certificates, and proof of manufacturer‑approved training. Preference is given to Certified Small Business and Veteran‑Owned Small Business Enterprises.
