Description
The City of LaGrange is seeking bids for the construction of the Long Cane Creek Dewatering Facilities, which includes equipment removal, improvements, and modifications within and around an existing dewatering building. The work includes the installation of a new 2-meter belt press, cake pumps, cake piping, polymer feed pumps, and all associated piping and appurtenances. The project also includes minor steel structure additions and lighting improvements.
• The bid bond must be payable to the City of LaGrange in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount.
• Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance will be required at the signing of the contract.
• Bidders must be licensed under the appropriate provisions of state law and show evidence of license before bidding.
• The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors.
