Description
North Dakota State University is seeking qualified vendors to supply and install heavy‑duty modular steel storage cabinets, drawer units, and workstations for its Collaborative Design Studio. The scope includes fully welded, cold‑rolled steel construction, integrated keypad locking systems, anti‑tip mechanisms, powder‑coat finishes, optional work surfaces, and complete delivery, installation, and training by early July 2026. Technical compliance accounts for 90 % of the evaluation, emphasizing dimensions, load capacity, locking, finish consistency, warranty, and lead time. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible offeror that delivers the lowest technically qualified price.
• Provide modular steel cabinets (stationary and mobile) meeting load capacities up to 4,000 lb per unit and 2,400 lb for mobile units.
• Include integrated keypad lock systems, PrevenTip® anti‑tip safety, powder‑coat finishes, and optional butcher‑block or ESD work surfaces.
• Deliver, install, and train on‑site between July 1 – July 10 2026; all pricing must be all‑inclusive (freight, installation, garbage removal, training).
