RMWTF Microbiology Research Laboratory Expansion

The Southern Nevada Water Authority is seeking bids for the construction of a two-story laboratory facility at the River Mountains Water Treatment Facility. The project includes the construction of a general research laboratory, a 50-gpm pilot plant laboratory, and a microbiology laboratory, as well as office spaces, meeting rooms, storage rooms, and a maintenance room. The project also involves site work, including demolition, landscaping, and irrigation. The engineer's estimate for the project is $25,300,000. • The facility will be approximately 13,200 square feet. • The project includes a pre-bid conference and site visit. • Bidders are encouraged to read the contract documents and attend the pre-bid conference to obtain a good understanding of the work. • The owner will issue addenda as necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. • The bid opening will be held online via a scheduled Microsoft TEAMS Meeting.
