The Carroll County Board of Education is requesting sealed competitive proposals for the construction of a new classroom addition to Glanton Hindsman Elementary School in Villa Rica, Georgia. The proposed budget is $9,800,000.00. The project includes the construction of a new classroom addition, and the selected firm will be required to assume total responsibility for all services offered in their proposal.
