Water Supply Storage System Bazum Village, Armenia (Design-Build Construction)

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a design-build construction project to construct a sustainable water supply and storage system for the Bazum community in northern Armenia. The project includes the construction of water tanks, chlorination system, a water collection system via either well or surface water, and associated buildings. The government intends to award one firm fixed price (FFP), design-build (DB) construction contract using full and open competition. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $350,000 and $800,000 USD. • The project requires the construction of a water supply and storage system. • The system will include water tanks, chlorination system, and a water collection system. • The government will determine whether the water will be obtained from the river or from a groundwater well after the completion of a hydraulic study. • A site visit will take place at 1100 local time, 18 August 2026. • Offerors must pre-register their attendees no later than 24 hours before the site visit.
