REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD CABRILLO MOLE REVITALIZATION PHASE II PROJECT

The City of Avalon is seeking a qualified design-builder to provide progressive design-build services for the Cabrillo Mole Revitalization Phase II Project. The project involves the replacement and expansion of the City's ferry terminal, which was built in 1968 and has reached its useful life. The successful proposer will be expected to execute a progressive design-build contract, which includes two stages: preconstruction design phase services and final design services and construction services. The project is funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and must comply with all FTA requirements.
