Dyess AFB, Custodial Services

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services for Dyess AFB in Texas. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a satisfactory facility condition and presenting a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The services will include facility cleaning, restroom and locker room sanitation, periodic cleaning operations, and equipment and supplies management. The contract will have a base year of 12 months and four option years, also of 12 months each. The contractor will be evaluated on their technical approach, management and staffing plan, quality control plan, and past performance. • The contractor must have experience in managing custodial contracts of similar size and scope. • The contractor must provide a detailed staffing plan, including the number of employees and supervisors. • The contractor must have a comprehensive quality control plan that details inspection procedures, schedules, and documentation methods. • The contractor must have a plan for recruitment, retention, and managing staff turnover or absences to ensure zero gaps in custodial coverage.
