On Call Network Infrastructure, Specialty Systems, and Related Technology Services

The purpose of this RFP is to establish a Qualified Vendor List for On Call Network Infrastructure, Specialty Systems, and Related Technology Services for the Coconino County Information Technology Department. The services required may include system design and consulting, structured cabling and infrastructure, installation and configuration services, system integration and control, networking and AV-over-IP, video conferencing and collaboration, live sound and event support, and service, maintenance, and support. The County is looking for vendors who can provide these services on an on-call basis, with the majority of work requiring on-site staffing. • Key services: system design and consulting, structured cabling and infrastructure, installation and configuration services, system integration and control, networking and AV-over-IP, video conferencing and collaboration, live sound and event support, and service, maintenance, and support. • On-call basis with on-site staffing required for most work. • The County reserves the right to add vendors to the Qualified Vendor List throughout the contract term. • The contract term is from the date of approval by the Board of Supervisors and continues until June 30th, 2031.
