Convention Center Parking Garage - Stairs 3 & 4 Enclosures

The project involves providing and installing enclosures to stairs #3 & #4 at the Convention Center Parking Garage. The work includes furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and services to complete the project. The contractor must substantially complete the work within 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The project requires a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion prior to final payment. The contractor must also provide a warranty for all equipment, materials, and labor for a period of 12 months from substantial completion. • The project requires compliance with the Florida Building Code and all applicable federal, state, and local codes and standards. • The contractor must provide a construction schedule and coordinate with the Project Manager to minimize interference with the normal activities of the facility and surrounding areas. • The contractor is responsible for obtaining all measurements during the site inspection and reporting any imperfections or unacceptable conditions to the Project Manager. • The project is subject to a liquidated damages clause of $120 per day for failure to achieve substantial completion within the specified timeframe.
