Description
The State of New Mexico, General Services Department, Facilities Management Division is seeking a contractor to construct a new building for the New Mexico Literacy Institute. The project includes the construction of an approximately 31,285 square foot building with site improvements. The facility building is single-story and includes extensive site work and specialized roof. The contractor will be responsible for the construction of the building and related site work.
• The project is expected to last up to 8 years from the date of the last signature.
• The contractor must have experience in construction projects over $15 million.
• The contractor must have a written safety program compliant with current state regulations.
• The contractor must provide a list of key safety personnel, including the designated safety manager.
• The contractor must have the ability to obtain the required insurance in the limits stated in the project documents.
