Description
The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is seeking proposals for the lease of 13,177 square feet of office space in Houston, Texas, to meet the requirements of the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). The lease term will be for 5 or 10 years, and the proposed lease space must be located within specific zip codes in Houston. The TFC will evaluate proposals based on factors such as cost, location, condition of the facility, and relevant experience and financial condition of the respondent.
• The proposed lease space must be located within zip codes 77003, 77004, 77010, 77012, 77021, 77023, 77030, 77033, 77051, or 77087.
• The lease term will be for 5 or 10 years.
• The TFC will give first consideration to structures that have been designated as Recorded Historic Landmarks, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, or have been designated landmarks by the local governing authority.
• The TFC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to waive any minor technicality noted in the submission process.
