Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for a maintenance and service contract for Omnicell Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs), software, hardware, and related peripherals. The contract will be for a period of one year, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance and support services, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and technical support. The contractor will also provide training and documentation for the VALLVAMC Pharmacy staff.
Key requirements include:
• Providing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, software, and qualified personnel to perform PMIR services
• Ensuring optimal performance of the Omnicell ADC systems
• Providing 24/7 technical support via phone and email
• Responding to emergency service requests within four hours of notification
• Providing on-site technical support within one business day for non-emergency service requests
• Supplying all necessary documentation, including user manuals and maintenance guides, for the ADC systems
