Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design and construction administration services for the Chippewa Correctional Facility Sanitary Sewer Pretreatment and Infrastructure Upgrade project. The project includes phases such as Schematic Design, Final Design, Construction Administration - Office Services, and Construction Administration - Field Services. The contractor will be required to provide a complete design based on the approved project/program statement and assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal. The state reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, received because of this Request for Proposals.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Providing design and construction administration services for the Chippewa Correctional Facility Sanitary Sewer Pretreatment and Infrastructure Upgrade project
• Assuming responsibility for all professional services offered in the proposal
• Providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement
• Complying with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations
• Participating in a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on May 21, 2026, 9:00am
• Submitting questions in writing to the issuing office no later than May 27, 2026, 2:00pm, Eastern time (ET)
