The State of Michigan, through DTMB and MDOC, is seeking qualified contractors to design, supply, install, and commission a dual‑auger washer‑compactor system as part of a sanitary‑sewer pretreatment and infrastructure upgrade at the Chippewa Correctional Facility in Kincheloe, MI. The scope includes detailed engineering, procurement of stainless‑steel equipment, electrical controls, installation, anchoring, testing, and one day of start‑up training. The contract follows the MICHSPEC 2008 Division 0 standard form and requires compliance with Michigan safety, environmental, and prevailing‑wage regulations.
