The State of Michigan, through DTMB, is seeking a qualified professional‑service firm to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the Hancock Creek Dam located in Loretto, MI. The scope includes a preliminary study (Phase 100) and a final design (Phase 500) that must meet all local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor must possess a Michigan professional license, submit a technical and cost proposal by the deadline, and attend a mandatory pre‑proposal site meeting. Deliverables will encompass engineering analyses, design drawings, code compliance reviews, and any required permitting support.
