Description
The US Air Force is soliciting offers for a firm-fixed price contract to purchase a Pipette Calibration System, associated data, and a three-year OEM warranty. The system must meet the requirements of Purchase Descriptions (PD) 26M-632A-MA, Rev. 2, dated 16 December 2025. The anticipated quantity for this acquisition is 1-4 Pipette Calibration Systems, including options. Offers must be valid for 90 days, include a technical proposal, and meet other requirements specified in the solicitation.
• The system must be a new unit, not reconditioned, remanufactured, or used.
• The system must meet the requirements of Purchase Descriptions (PD) 26M-632A-MA, Rev. 2, dated 16 December 2025.
• The offeror must provide a copy of their commercial price list and a proposed three-year OEM warranty.
• The offeror must complete a technical proposal that includes a written line-by-line response to the PDs.
