The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard is seeking market research responses to determine industrial capability for leasing two scissor lifts (one 19‑ft platform, one 32‑ft platform) to support shipyard operations. The requirement includes delivery, inspection, maintenance, emergency repair, and transportation of the lifts for an initial two‑month period (Oct 30 2026 – Dec 31 2026) with an optional ten‑month extension (Jan 1 2027 – Sep 30 2027).
