RFP- Horticultural and Master Gardening Services Addendum 1

The I-195 Redevelopment District is seeking a horticultural and master gardening professional to support the landscaping practices and planting designs in the 195 District Park. The selected professional will work with park staff and third-party landscapers to develop and implement horticultural plans, provide education and training on invasive species and weed identification, and collaborate on sourcing products and advising contractors. The scope of work includes regular site visits, surveys, and observations to ensure proper installation and maintenance of plantings. The park has an annual operating budget that includes funds for landscaping and maintenance, and the selected professional will work within this budget to develop and implement horticultural plans.
