Snow Removal (Loading and Hauling)

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking qualified respondents to provide snow removal services, including loading and hauling, for the City of Detroit streets. The contract will be for a period of one year, from 2025-2026 winter season. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor and machinery to accomplish the work. The City reserves the right to determine equipment to be assigned to specific operations. • The contractor must have at least one year of experience in commercial snow removal. • The contractor must provide proof of ownership of equipment. • The contractor must provide written proof of valid Michigan Driver's License for all operators/employees. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability. • The contractor must comply with all City of Detroit ordinances and regulations. • The contractor must keep the work site and surrounding areas clean and orderly. • The contractor must restore the site to its original condition upon completion of the work.
